Company Structure

VURAL has a joint stock company structure with a basic property valuation of 2 120 thousand euros. The company is headed by the four-member board. The company is organizationally arranged in two production divisions which are headed by directors:

The machine production division operates in the area of development and production of single-purpose machinery, gauges, fixtures, special tools and instrument production. The division operates in Štrková Street in the industrial area of Žilina – Bytčica.

The sheet metal and plastic components division operates in the field of development and production of precision parts moulded from plastic and sheet metal. The division operates in Hrabove, a village not far from the motorway ramp in Bytča.
