30 years of experience in the development, design and production of single-purpose machinery and equipment for customer-defined use allowing delivery of individual devices or groups of devices that may be connected by the complex system of transport and handling.

Machines and equipment are designed and supplied by necessary peripheral equipment, special measurement, control or sorting equipment according to the needs of customers. We equip machines with electronic control systems from world renowned manufacturers, including software for a specific area of application. VURAL a.s. has many years’ experience with design and complex supplies, assembly of transport and handling systems.

We have great experience with the production of special tools, fixtures, gauges. The division is also a producer of pressing tools, moulds and is able to offer a comprehensive turnkey delivery including test pressings.

We perform the reconstruction of single-purpose devices and their modernization, eventually relocation of equipment and technical supervision of production start-up. We can execute modernization processes in the form of turnkey supply including project work and possible structural modifications.

The team of experienced design engineers use CAD computer systems – 3D system ProENGINEER and technology workers use CAM – EdgeCAM, AutoCAD computer systems.

Technological equipment in the production plant allows us to produce from our own designs, and also produce products according to the documentation supplied by a customer.
